Ayurvedic Consultation
First Consultation
A detailed Medical Case Study is carried out to determine the condition in accordance to Ayurvedic Principles with suggestions for Medicines, Therapies, Lifestyle coaching, YOGA, PRANAYAMA, MUDRA, Exercise and similar aspects.
Initial consultation will take a minimum of 60 minutes.
Follow up Consultation
A fine tuning of all the aspects discussed during the first consultation.
follow-up consultation would take around 30 minutes.
Manual Therapies
We are skilled in delivering manual therapies and may employ the following:
ABHYANGA
A massage with 4 hands using the appropriate medicines.
The therapy needs 45 minutes, but often takes longer as per the condition of the client.
SHIRODHARA
Oil poured over the forehead dribbling down the scalp over the cranium / crown maintained at a precise height, stream, rhythm, speed and temperature, after preparing the individual with a massage followed by another closing massage. This is one of the most intense therapies in terms of its beneficial effects on the mind and the body.
